We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which had a clean and modern design with pleasant Balinese decor. The staff were welcoming, and we appreciated the addition of a hot spring on the top floor. The bedding was very comfortable, and we enjoyed walking to nearby attractions.
Some guests had negative experiences with the hotel in the past, such as poor attention to detail and aesthetics, as well as an inconvenient location far from major attractions.

the clean and modern decor with its Balinese influence added a touch of elegance to my stay. Additionally, the hot spring on the top floor was a unique and enjoyable experience that I couldn't resist. The hotel's convenient location, being within walking distance to major attractions and on the loop bus route, made exploring the area hassle-free. Lastly, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the sunrise over the Bay. It was a sight that will forever be etched in my memory.
All aspects of this hotel were simply impeccable.

Our romantic getaway was unforgettable! The open-air bath was a dream come true, and the view of the bay was simply breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was top-notch. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to the attractions Matsushima has to offer. The hot springs on the top floor was an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The price - it was definitely on the expensive side. However, considering the luxurious amenities offered and the key location, we felt it was worth it for a special occasion like a romantic escape.

The attention to detail in the rooms was impeccable, especially the open-air bath outside the room with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the harbor. The beautiful Balinese decor gave the hotel a modern and relaxing ambiance. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location on the loop bus route made it easy to explore the surrounding attractions.

Spent a lovely xmas in a hotel with amazing amenities. The food offered was exquisite, with authentic Japanese dishes lovingly prepared by experienced chefs. The location was a plus since major attractions were just a stone’s throw away, making exploring the surrounding area an effortless task. Loved the modern spa, which provided the perfect relaxation spot after a day of sightseeing.
Although the food was delicious, it may be a bit exotic for international visitors. The hot springs could be crowded at times, making it hard to enjoy a nice soak.
