Great value for money hotel very close to central attractions.

We were very impressed with this hotel - for the price, it is really great value.

The hotel is very good value for money and a nice place to stay.

It is a beautiful city with lots to see and do, and if you want clean, near-central, inexpensive and good value accomodation, we would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is lovely, and the tram services and metro of Karlovy Namesti is located nearby.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, The location is fantastic and feels like you are staying somewhere calm and peaceful meanwhile you are still in central Prague!

This allows you to take a tram, metro and bus transfer to the airport!

It is eay to get to by bus and metro from the airport.

Basic bathroom (private), bed, and closet.

One of the best things was that the bathroom had a tub and towel heater (we even could wash and dry all our clothes!

Cheap but I have never seen such spotless clean rooms and bathroom, the linen was clean and changed every day, the staff really friendly and speak excellent English.

Clean, bright and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds with duvets and pillows by Habitat.

The bathroom is also large with bathtub and handheld shower.

The breakfast is buffet style - a large selection of things to eat.

The breakfast is typical continental but you can stuff yourself on ham and cheese its an all you want buffet.

There was a full buffet breakfast with bread, fruits, jam, cheese, tea, coffee, toaster, marmalades, etc.

Overall, a great choice for around 50 euro, with breakfast and taxes included!

Great little restaurant/pub around the corner.

The reception area is quite small and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff: Shaka, Eva, and Theresa were perfect!

The hotel was spotless clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, they would answer any question we may have and spoke English but not so good.

Also, this is a non smoking hotel so any cigarette breaks means a trip to the courtyard outside reception.

Car parking is available but you should book a space.

Also, don't take too big a car as to get to the parking area you need to go through a gate which is quite narrow.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly service and excellent breakfast.

The bathroom was clean but had no overhead shower, which was a little dissapointing.

The rooms are plain , basic but very clean and the staff very helpful.

We (3 friends) were there this august and got a very spacious room, perfectly clean, in the upper floor.

Good location, well located for walking or tram and about 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. This hotel is great, its in the castle building- very beautiful and staff are very friendly and efficient. Bathrooms are excellent and the breakfast is a free buffet.

Nice location and a lovely Hotel. The building's entrance is large and the rooms are quite spacious and quiet. The breakfast is typical continental.

The location is fantastic and the Hotel at St John is a good base for a stay in Prague. Additionally quiet the adjoining building is being gutted at the moment and rooms are big and nice.

Located in a quiet area of the city and a beautiful architectual decor. Nice building not very well maintained and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and breakfast was fine hams cheeses breads coffees etc. The receptionists were very pleasant.

Well situated near Charles Square, the location is excellent - the hotel is in a quiet area and the bathroom is also large.

I would reccommend the hotel for anyone wants a reasonable priced, friendly service and clean and spacious rooms. The staff gave us great reccommendations for restaurants.
