The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Village, offering a great breakfast selection and very helpful staff, even though the room is simple.

This hotel has an unbeatable location in the heart of the action, making it an ideal setting for those who want to be close to the slopes or lifts, and also the restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is a range of excellent facilities, such as a gym and spa, to keep guests entertained off the slopes. The interior decor is stunning and the rooms come equipped with all the essential amenities.

The elevators are a bit small and can become crowded during peak season.

The units were beautifully decorated and well-appointed with bunk beds.

The location was marvellous for walking around Aquasportif Center Val d'isere Sports Complex. We ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

It was all superb.

The location is perfect for skiers, being only a few minutes walk from the slopes and lifts. The hotel facilities are great, including a comfortable ski locker for guests to use. Additionally, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you in any way possible.

During our last stay, we had a recently renovated room with comfortable beds, and we had a wonderful Christmas celebration here.

This place is located right on the main street, making it convenient for us to access all the attractions in the village. The service here is top-notch, with helpful staff going above and beyond to assist us with all our arrangements. We were impressed with the range of amenities provided in the rooms, from ironing facilities to a mini-bar, ensuring our comfort during our stay. The spa and wellness center here is a great addition, offering relaxing treatments such as massages and body scrubs. The seasonal indoor pool and sun terrace were also enjoyable features, allowing us to unwind and soak up the sun.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff provided amazing customer service, going above and beyond to assist us during our romantic escape. They were attentive and caring, especially when I had an accident on the slopes. They promptly arranged for me to see a doctor and even waived two nights' charges due to our early departure. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes. the included breakfast was a great perk and the sauna and steam room were excellent amenities.

The ski locker was too hot, causing some damage to my boots. The wifi was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Liked / Best aspects: Had a memorable xmas break at this hotel. The stylish decor and friendly staff made me feel at home. The spa was the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. The great location provided easy access to the slopes and other attractions. The excellent breakfast gave me the energy I needed for a day on the slopes.

Disliked / Worst aspects:

The value for money at Tsanteleina was excellent, and our room had a great view of the Olympic and Le Solaise slopes. The hotel's location was perfect, right on the main street, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was adding some more variety to the options available.

I loved how close the hotel was to the ski lifts and shops. Whether I wanted to walk or take the free ski bus, it was so convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the included amenities like the swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Excellent location, close to the slopes and shops. Beds are extremely comfortable, and the spa is amazing! Staff are very accommodating and the breakfast selection is varied and delicious.

The room can get a little too warm, and the bathroom only has a shower head, no actual shower. However, taking a bath can be quite relaxing.
