Secondly, the basic amenities in the room were great, with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Location is good and personnel is friendly. 600 feet away there is Pizza Hut, where you can dine. We would stay again and again if we go to Davao.

It is quiet and small like a boutique hotel.

no swimming pool and their breakfast has very limited choices. I have seen office cafeterias do better. No bar for late nighters.

Had a lovely Xmas holiday with my family. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of choices. The hotel was conveniently located near the major transportation hubs and key tourist sites. We also enjoyed the beautiful green scenery which gave us a relaxing feel throughout our stay.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner. We also encountered some noise at night that made it hard to sleep peacefully.

I love the location of the hotel. To wake up in the morning and look out unto the greeneries of the garden was soothing. No honking cars or fumes. The breakfast that comes with the room is enough to keep you going the whole day. I will stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Hotel Tropika is a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and very quick in responding to our needs. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite simple but the cafe staff are friendly and the service is good. The hotel's location is very convenient, it is 10 minutes to Abreeza-Ayala mall, 10 minutes to Redemptorist church and near the wharf, where the boats are for Paradise Island resort, Samal Island. What I like with the hotel is that they also provide free pick-up from the airport and going to and from the wharf.

It would have been better if they have a swimming pool. Perfect for the family.

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-maintained, with complete toiletries. The staff provides great service and is very accommodating. Plus, there's a water dispenser on every floor.
