I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for shopping, with the Leninsky blvd and Pobedy square just a short walk away. Additionally, being in the city center and very close to the central station made it extremely convenient for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the friendly and attentive reception to the helpful and accommodating wait staff in the restaurant. I truly felt pampered during my stay.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, I highly recommend this place.

The linen was good

There are no stars at all. No pool, no room conditioning! In summer time the temperature inside the room achieves 30-35C. You have to fill out the form what exactly you will eat on breakfast on the next day. The rooms are very small and dirty. You even can not open a window because the handle is mounted near the ceiling. After 2 days of staying we changed the hotel for Heliopark Kaiserhoff- perfect solution!

It was too hot in my room, +27C, I couldn't change the temperature. After taking shower there was water on the floor each time. The chair in the room was too big, it took almost the whole space of the room.

This hotel offered a cozy holiday atmosphere during my Xmas stay. The spacious room and friendly staff made me feel comfortable. their central location was a plus, as it was easy to access public transportation. The breakfast was good and kept me fueled throughout my busy days exploring the city.

The hotel's facilities looked a bit worn. Although the hotel provided me with everything needed for a pleasant stay, I noticed some old and damaged furniture.

Strange + unlogical bathroom mixer tap, bathroom handle was almost taken from the wall, difficult to understand tv system, tv system wires were ugly hanging under the table. BREAKfast - poor and uncomfortable (too little plays for sitting, like 30 people must boile water in a small kettle - outrages!!!)

There was quite weak wifi in the room. Breakfast could be improved by adding some more variety, especially scrambled eggs.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in this small Russian city and loved it! The location was perfect - right in the heart of town with easy access to everything. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor that added to the overall experience. And the best part? The on-site restaurant served delicious traditional Russian cuisine, making it easy to enjoy the local culture.

Only downside was the breakfast - it was barely edible and definitely not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. We ended up grabbing breakfast at a nearby café instead.
