Great location, close to shops and transportation. The hotel had a swimming pool and gym for guests to use. The view from the room was amazing.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. The room was not clean when we checked in and the noise level was too high due to the hotel's central location.

The staff was really helpful, I had to connect to the internet but there was no wi-fi neverthless they allowed me to go to an other hotel of the group where I have used my laptop and the wi fi connection.The location wae really central. The breakfast was good.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the thermal pools which were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The location was also great, I was able to easily walk to the shops and restaurants nearby. the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. , the breakfast buffet was limited in options compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the port, making it very convenient for me to explore the area. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, a welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance all provided. The room amenities were also excellent, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. I loved the terrace with its cozy garden furniture, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The television and am/fm alarm clock in the room added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

The bathrooms are well-maintained, with some even having windows for natural light. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including a generous selection of cooked and raw vegetables. The hotel also has three thermal pools, including a fantastic outdoor one. the staff at the bar is professional and offers a good selection of drinks, including "Poli" grappa and "Zacapa" rum.
The gym facilities could be improved.
