A superb hotel, the decor had all the nice touches referring to the former use of the building and prices are reasonable to high.
Everyone had told us to buy a package (ferry & hotel) because it is cheaper, but as we started looking at prices, we found out this is not necessarily the case.
Our ferry (Eckero, 2h30min) cost just over 80E return trip for two, and the hotel we booked via bookings.
It seemed that any package offered in Finland cost almost 100E PER PERSON, and the hotels offered were not as nice as ours.
An ideal location situated in the heart of The Old Town and beautiful decor.
Very well located, taxis through them was super easy and the hotel was the perfect location for the old town.
In addition to nice location is a very quite and the hotel is well located for a visit to the old city of Tallinn.
Tip: Check out the cost of the taxi from the airport first before you get in the taxi!
Some ppl have complained that taxis cannot come to the hotel at some times, but this is the case with all the old town hotels, and not a hotel's fault but a regulation regarding the old town traffic.
Rooms were very clean - bed comfortable, the food was excellent.
Other than this, we got our room earlier than we had a right to demand, the spa (beauty salon, sauna, swimming pool) was very comfortable and clean, b/fast had a lot to offer in a beautiful setting (icons on the wall, etc) and our room was quite big, and the bed very comfortable.
The most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in and the restaurant is very well known.
The rooms are large, spotlessly clean and ours was equipped with a flatscreen TV and sofa.
Breakfast was in the beautifully decorated dining room and had everything you could possibly want, from full English to cereal, fruit, smoked salmon and even a bottle of champagne chilling on ice!
The hotel is farily newly refurbished and is very stylish inside - there is a guest lounge, small bar area and a restaurant.
The room we had was very clean very comfortable and breakfast was very good served in the beautiful restaurant.
The rooms are very charming, the breakfast is in the well-designed Tchaikovsky restaurant and the swimming pool is clean.
The restaurant and even breakfast is better than expected, even I expected a lot of this hotel.
The bathroom was also fine, the bar was quiet and service in the restaurant Tschaikovski was excellent.
Service excellent, the very helpful receptionist and check-in was pleasant and quick.
Great location, lovely hotel and front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

The pool/steam/sauna facilities were good.

The decor is impressive, the staff are helpful and courteous, rooms are modern clean and luxurious.
Everything in the room was neat, tidy and of good quality.
