Amazing location, jaw-dropping views, friendly owners, clean and spacious rooms, neat and well-maintained hotel, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

This is an excellent hotel in all respects: a stunning and comfortable design, with individual apartments in a garden setting ( bedroom lounge bathroom and roof terrace); very helpful and welcoming staff'; and varied and delicious food. I was with my brother on a climbing holiday and we both found it a restful and enjoyable place to come back to after a day in the hills.

We have stayed at the Taray many times and always had a very warm welcome. The hotel and grounds are delightful. We also enjoy the restaurant.

The hotel's rustic theme and personal service create a charming and relaxing atmosphere. The two swimming pools are excellent, offering plenty of room, shade, and sunbeds for all guests. The rooms, designed in chalet style, are spacious and each has its own front door, providing privacy.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The location high in the hill above the city provided breathtaking views of the valley and mountains.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Pool and room quite ok. Quiet hotel and surrounding. A lot of different walking routes in the surrounding villages e.g. Bubion, Pampaneira, Capileira.

The garden in not in the best condition. Mountains can't be seen due too thick palm tree forest. The staff doesn't speak well other than Spanish. Too long walking distance to Orgiva during the night.

We stayed at Hotel Taray for a week while exploring the beautiful Alpujarras region. The room was clean with a stunning view of the garden and Sierra Nevada mountains. The breakfast had a great variety of food options and delicious coffee. The host was friendly and gave us helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The peaceful atmosphere, spacious outdoor areas, and refreshing pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's well-maintained garden with its fruit trees was truly a soothing retreat. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful-- very friendly and accommodating. The food was great as well, not too expensive, a lot of variety, and very tasty. The location was perfect for us as it was in a small town with a beautiful view. The hotel was very small and quiet which we loved. All in all it was the perfect place to get away from the city and enjoy a relaxing, beautiful weekend with the best staff service I've ever received from any hotel.

The rooms, although in need of a little updating, have a charming and cozy feel, and some even come with their own outside chairs to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff are welcoming and courteous, making sure that the rooms are cleaned daily and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, as it is situated close to excellent hiking trails, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, with views of the snow-capped mountains and green hills. The gardens are filled with fragrant orange and lemon trees, and there is a large swimming pool to enjoy. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for exploring nearby towns or beaches, and the road to reach it was rocky and bumpy. some of the facilities, such as the pool, were not well maintained and could have been cleaner.
