Big and cosy room where the heater was nit working as expected. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

Good location when travelling to Zaventem. Liked quiet area. The restaurant was PRETTY GOOD, for dinner.

We were moved to a superior queen room where the heater was nit working.

The location was convenient for my business needs and I enjoyed a refreshing morning walk to our company office. Despite arriving on a Sunday afternoon when reception was closed, my room key was left for me and I had no delays accessing my room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, even allowing me to check-out later at no extra cost. If I visit Brussels again, I will definitely consider staying here. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is close to my office

I had to pay for the hotel in the evening when I checked in as they said " the reception is not open in the morning" I always decide int eh morning if I want to have breakfast but had to do it here in the evening. I paid € 100 for breakfast which was very poor, (bad bananas, no cheese, burned croissants)

The hotel has a very friendly staff and restaurant offers very nice food.

The room was quiet warm, no airco.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Brussels Airport. The location was perfect, just down the street from the airport and next to the main train links to Brussels. The hotel itself was in a wide area, making it convenient for travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything was taken care of during my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern amenities like a fridge and TV. The daily maid service was a nice touch, keeping the rooms tidy. Despite the heater not working, the staff were quick to assist and make sure I was comfortable. this hotel offered excellent value for money, with attention to detail and a great location for travelers.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, with easy access to both Brussels Airport and the city centre. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus, offering delicious meals. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a functioning heater, ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the included breakfast is a pleasant surprise, featuring a tasty assortment of cake.

Everything was satisfactory.

Is the second time I come to this hotel and I saw this time nice new rooms with a small terrase (small aparts). The breakfast is cheeper than last time 10 euros insted of 15 euros and more diverse. New reception and the restaurant is also changed in a nice style.

All good — we liked this great family run hotel — the food was freshly made and the staff were excellent. Close to a motorway, the location was excellent and good, near the airport. Btw, it was within easy walking distance of Open. The breakfast in the attached restaurant for dinner was astonishing.

Good restaurant. Great price, considering proximity to airport.

The good rapport price / confort. For a hotel in Belgium it was a good price, near the company's office and despite is also near the airport we had no planes noise. For airport you can take the bus or the taxi (just 15 euro and in 7 min you can reach the airport in a confortable taxi). The personnel was very nice and the restaurant is quite good with afordable prices.
