  The hotel is a magnificant building, lovely reception area entrance with mural and stair case etc. I nearly dropped when they showed us the huge suite - Bedroom, Dressing room, bathroom, Large living area, Full kitchen, balcony, etc etc and we immediately decided to take the room(s) for another night. Reception staff were a little cold, but as there was a separate ex / entrance throught the back of the hotel you could avoid them if and come and go freely - was also handy for access to the public parking area. Would strongly recommend the hotel is a beautifull building - the town itself is interesting, the people friendly,. Breakfast is buffet syle - and included in cost.

  They booked the room for us ( my Italian being very poor) and and negotiated a rate - I asked if they could upgrade us to a Suite as this was mentioned in the hotel brochure, which they did.
