I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful time! The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of a nearby lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and traditional Japanese decor. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The onsen was a definite highlight, especially relaxing in the evening. the half-board package offered delicious meals that exceeded my expectations.

The Wi-Fi reception was a bit unreliable at times.

The hotel location was very convenient, near the city center and easily accessible with public transportation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during check-in. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese room and the beautiful view from the window. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, incredibly relaxing and perfect after a long day of exploring.

The room was quite noisy due to the windows rattling in the wind, which kept us awake most of the night. The Wi-Fi connection could have been better, as it was spotty and slow.
