The personel was kind and helpful. It has an excellent location in the small town of Simrishamn.

The hotel need some refurbishment, it is a bit worn down. Even though the staff is very kind they lack a proper bar/lounge.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the spacious rooms with a terrace are exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. Great location by the marina, marina view from the room. The hotel restaurant had delicious food, especially the special Christmas menu. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The spa section and the do-it-yourself car-wash were convenient additions that we appreciated.

Our room was a bit small and outdated with limited electric outlets. The bathroom was outside in the corridor, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the cold winter nights.

Great location near the marina and some nice restaurants. Rooms were clean and well-furnished for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection of items to choose from. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The parking situation is not ideal – the shaded car park next to the hotel is frequented by birds and can result in a messy car. , the room we had was quite cramped and not ideal for two people with much luggage.
