Units with balcony. The location was marvellous, for example, Chiesa Santa Croce was relatively near the hotel.

The location was favourable, you can visit a unique museum by walking. We stayed for 1 night and truly enjoyed the room, which was nicely furnished.

The breakfasts were always amazing with jam and ham, for example. The hotel's location was excellent, very close to restaurants bars/coffee places, the Motor Valley sights and events, and the citycenter. Found Birreria Stella close to the venue where I had supper.

The location was marvellous and favourable, to access Milano Centrale station, and the bed extremely comfy. I had coffee at Pasticceria Vecchia Milano, located within 10 minutes walk.

The rooms are fully-equipped and well furnished and include an electric kettle and a fridge. A bathroom is equipped with a bidet.

Excellent value, room was new-fashioned, staff were attentive. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe box, multi-channel TV and a mini-fridge-bar.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Milan. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-appointed, although I did hit my head a few times on the glass shelf above the tap. The breakfast in the small dining area was delicious, with a good selection of continental options. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, especially when there was an issue with my reservation. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel Susa was perfect in every way for the 1 night I had in Milan. The receptionist was immediately welcoming and friendly, the room very clean and comfortable and a good breakfast included. All the staff were very polite and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend Hotel Susa to anyone.

The hotel had a great location in a nice neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. The area was filled with excellent restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of options, and the rooms were very clean and modern.

Clean modern room with absolutely no signs or smell of smoking - Wow! So great for oversmoking Italia. Quiet location at the Citta' Studi away from tourist crowds with beautiful young girls at the streets. But still at walking distance from Milano Centrale railway station and the Duomo (about 2 km from both). I used public transport the first day but found walking at the streets is more interesting to see the native life of Milano (even strikes, but peaceful) and the journeys to and from the hotel last not much longer. Good breakfast, good capuccino, eat and drink as much as you want. Rich free minibar - snacks, sweets, water and even wine. Efficient staff. Free high speed stable Wi-Fi internet connection. Good bed. The shower is with bath and a jacuzzi function. Lots of good supermarkets and restaurants nearby, all of them are better than average in Milano. Feel yourself like at home in Milano.

I have to admit that everything was much further than I could expect: in fact, I found a cosy and clean hotel which provided facilities one can find in higher level's structures only. Just to mention some, the cleanliness of the room and the common parts (they can be compared to german's standards), the free minibar, the good breakfast's choice, the free wi fi connection and a very friendly and helpful staff who really make you feel at home: they definitely know the meaning of term "hospitality", and they consequently pamper their guests. Location was good as well, with no metro but well served by buses, both to the center and to central station. It worths every Euro you pay. Needless to say, I'd strongly recommend it.

The location of Hotel Susa is great, with local attractions like Calice Divino and La Senavra within walking distance. The hotel met all of our requirements and we appreciated its facilities. We would love to stay here again.

The staff was awesome. A 5 stop tram ride to The Duomo for 1 Euro. Great breakfast and very clean and quiet. Yes I would stay there again.
