The location in a busy area was excellent and there were a shopping street and all the major stores nearby. All the staff was affable, solved my issues. Got a double room with slippers and bathrobes as expected, liked it.

I loved good sized and air-conditioned room here.
Food was fine and I have nothing but good memories from this trip. The hotel was located near many attractions and all Shinjuku landmarks and train station and nearby subway. All the staff was very friendly. Booked a room with slippers and bathrobes. Shampoo and a bathtub was a plus. The hotel was in the central setting close enough to everything. Besides, it was 1 mile away from Fire Museum.

This hotel is a hidden gem, perfectly located near JR SHINJUKU station. I loved how close it was to the city center, making it convenient to explore the vibrant area. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities provided, such as slippers and bathrobes, added a touch of luxury to my stay. Plus, having breakfast included in my rate was a fantastic bonus.
All aspects of this hotel were reasonably good.

location is fine, close to Shinjuku train station and to the Shinjuku metro stop as well.
Bathrooms, besides being small as Japanese standard, is not really comfortable at all. Rooms are generally speaking pretty poor, I had bed-lights not working for 2 nights and it has some rooms with awful view from window (mine had city electric cables 60 cm from me...)

The price and location of Sunlite Hotel is perfect for a weekend trip to Tokyo. Situated near "old Tokyo" is a great area to wander and get a glimpse of The past. On the other hand, it's only a short walk to exciting Shinjuku and Shinjuku Station where you can access all that Tokyo has to offer!

Spent Xmas in a cozy and convenient hotel in the heart of Tokyo. The room was comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities provided. The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance to major train stations and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay.
The room was quite small, which may be a challenge for larger and taller guests. The breakfast options were limited, but we found great cafes nearby.

This hotel is really strategically located in a huge shopping area teemed with abundant shops and food outlets. Besides it is easily reached via the underground network so travelling to other prefectures in Tokyo is not a problem at all. To relax you can walk for about 3 minutes and you'll come to a peaceful, quiet shrine situated along the main road leading to the hustle and bustle of shopping grounds another 5 minutes' walk ahead. We are a family of two adults and an 11-year-old girl. despite the room being a bit small, which is quite typical of most hotel rooms in Tokyo, we highly recommend this hotel to those seeking ease and convenience of city trip and visiting other districts within the Tokyo prefecture.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating, offered to visit some nice places. The location was particularly good, near main areas of Shinjuku, in a good area. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

I stayed at this hotel in Shinjuku and it exceeded my expectations for the price I paid. The location was fantastic, right in the center of everything and within walking distance to Shinjuku station. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, complete with slippers and bathrobes for that extra touch of comfort. I also appreciated that breakfast was included in my rate, making it a great value for money option.
The hotel could benefit from improving the sound-proofing of the rooms.
