I thoroughly enjoyed the room assigned on arrival with larger bed as well as tissues. Most of the staffs were really helpful and attentive. The location was unbeatable and favourable, walk from a metro station. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby.

I took a cheap and modern room with tissues, good wi-fi, basic necessities.

Liked the classic-style building and our nice looking room with an extra bed. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The location was magnificent for getting around, as a subway station was walk from the hotel. All of the staff was excellent and very amiable.

The property was quiet and we had a quite comfortable stay. The room was big size, huge and the beds were extremely comfy. It was about 12 miles from the airport.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is just a 30-second walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient for public transportation. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and smaller pubs in the area, providing guests with a great selection of dining options. The rooms, although small by European standards, are comfortable and affordable, meeting the expectations of a Japanese standard hotel.

Although the rooms are comfortable, some guests mentioned that they were not as clean as expected when compared to other hotels in Japan.

One drawback of my stay was the noise level in the hotel. The walls were quite thin, making it difficult to sleep through the sounds of other guests in the hallway and neighboring rooms.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. With affordable prices, I was able to stay comfortably without breaking the bank. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated just in front of the metro station and in a quiet area, it was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the fact that it was within walking distance to Osaka castle was a huge bonus. Lastly, the staff provided great service, ensuring that basic amenities were provided and keeping the rooms clean with fresh towels. The modern multifunctional shower facilities added an extra touch of convenience.

All was satisfactory; no improvements needed.
