Clean hotel room with a good bed and private bathroom. A wide range of great food. Location right by the bus stop and terminal, shops and restaurants, and the city center park. The pool area is great too.

The location was favourable and excellent for walking around a paved city park. Moreover, the area was gorgeous. The staff were affable and amicable day and night.

Wi-Fi was bad, dilapidated room, we didn't like it.

The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the location was to our liking - right at that square where the locals come every weekend to have fun. Secondly, the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were satisfactory. The rooms were clean and the pool was great for relaxing. Plus, there were lively events right outside at night, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Cancun, right on the bustling square where all the action takes place. It is just a stone's throw away from the bus station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, with good beds and plenty of convenient sockets for charging devices. The pool is clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. Plus, the friendly reception staff is always ready to assist you.

The language barrier can be quite challenging as the hotel staff primarily speaks Spanish.

The pool at Suites Cancun Center was a great spot to relax and cool off during my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Additionally, the pool on the hotel grounds was a nice touch, and it was open until 10:30 pm, allowing for a relaxing swim after a day of exploring.

Not obvious to find initially, but once you figure out the surrounding area, it becomes easier to navigate.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Las Palapas park for a few nights. The location was perfect, with local markets, restaurants, and the Ado bus station close by. The room was clean and comfortable, with a working AC. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even helped me find parking nearby. The room was spacious and the WiFi worked well. it was a great place to explore the real side of Cancun away from the hotel zone. And to top it off, they had a pool that stayed open until 10:30 pm.
