  Good hotel near station, very accomodating staff and family accommodation most important for us.

  The location is very good as just take around 10 mins to arrive the train station and the hotel staff are friendly and attentive.

  Perfect situation, good restaurants near by and close to the station, very neat & clean Swiss like hotel. The staff is kind, cereals etc. The only hot food are hard boiled eggs and the worst choice I have made.

  Reasonable location and quite near to the train station. Excellent value for money, comfortable, good price and the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Internet access was easy and breakfast should be paid in addition. All facilities were spotless, clean linnen.

  The bar kept us awake, pillow were very uncomfortable and toilet was very dirty.

  The central location and the family room, very convenient for train station, over the road was a good lounge bar for relaxing. The hotel was convienent to the town and the beds were very comfortable and the water was hot, the price for Zug was cheap, the front desk personnel was very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked great and breakfast the next day was just ok.

  Convenient location in the heart of the business district, the proximity to the train station is also a big plus and the price is really low compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel´s staff is very kind and helpful, the room has enough space and neat and is clean.

  Good location walking distance to Zug station and small Hotel Rooms. The facilities there were limited due to the low price and the staff were efficient. The beds were comfortable.

  Very good location and great value. Very helpful and efficient staff, comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast and modern Facilities.

  M very loud every 15 minutes, price very expensive and one small bar of soap for 9 days is skompy.
