Clean, hip new hotel with incredibly kind stuff. The clean bathroom and big room. Varied breakfast with very good cheeses and food or drinks, for instance at the restaurant. Stunning location just next door to Poiana Braşov, the center and ski slope Bradul. Also, high in the mountains👍

If in Poiana Brasov again would want to stay there again. The units are new-fashioned, well-organised with a great open view. The staff is really helpful and competent and the food is local. The ambiance is elegant. The location is magnificent and unbeatable, relatively close to Season Hill.
Nothing everything was great!

Loved very very good and varied breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
The stay for 160 Euro-night certainly was good value. I had an unforgettable experience here, everything was very good, the location was amazing close enough to the slopes-return, and the restaurant where the breakfast was served. I had heated, modern room complete with a balcony, big double bed and the heater. Nice design, spa area was available onsite.

Excellent buffet during the weekend, great a la carte menu during the week. Huge, deep swimming pool with no children. Perfect condition, equivalent of Swiss hotels at a fraction of the price. Quiet even during busy periods. Know where to return next time.

Spent Christmas at a hotel on a ski resort that was perfect for my family. The hotel had awesome amenities like a pool and gym, which we didn't use, but it was great that they were available. The highlight, however, was the variety of food offered at breakfast. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the area clean, and there was something for everyone. The location was perfect for skiing as it was close to the cable and path.
The staff didn't seem too excited to be there and weren't the friendliest. Although the bedrooms were clean, they were a bit snug and the toilet area did not offer complete privacy.

The wellness area is very nice and the outdoor whirlpool is ingenious.
This is how I imagine checking in and out of prison, how it is done here. Everything correct but not anymore. No kindness, no eye contact. This restaurant is way overpriced. In a hotel of this class it is very annoying that the shower fixtures are broken.

During my ski trip, we found a great hotel that was perfectly located for skiing. The hotel was very close to the slopes, making it very convenient to get there with all of our gear. the restaurant where breakfast was served was excellent, offering a great selection and filling us up for a day on the mountain. The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a solo traveller looking to relax after a long day on the slopes.
We experienced some difficulty with the mobile payment device in the hotel restaurant. It seemed to not work most of the time, which was inconvenient.

Great SPA and fitness facilities that allowed me to unwind after a long day of business meetings. The breakfast included in my stay was fantastic, with a large variety of tasty options that catered to my preferences. The convenient location near both the city center and the airport made it easy for me to get around town without any hassle.
While the hotel staff was generally helpful, some were less friendly than others which could put a damper on the overall experience. The room I stayed in was a bit noisy, which made getting a good night's rest difficult.
