  The view of lake Como from the window of room #21 was beautiful, the staff on the desk were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable.

  Basic breakfast compared to other hotels we stayed t during our recent trip to europe and the coffee was awful.

  Best of all, the location and nice hotel. Reception staff very helpful, very pleasant rooms and the Florence Bar does excellent coffees. By the late afternoon the pool becomes quite warm.

  Great location in the heart of town near bars, restaurants and shops, slightly better quality pastries. Helpful front desk staff, beautifully appointed rooms and wonderful breakfast. Nice pool as well.

  Nice staff, fine room.

  No hotel parking available and i loved the slightly faded beauty of the old building and the big staircase. No hot food.

  The location was perfect/ everthing else needed tlc not worth 160 euro per night, style of the hotel was amazing and the staff were all very nice. Bathroom was clean to, the service first class and the food was excellent.

  Good location and nice place. The friendly staff on reception and beautiful bathrooms. Elevator, air, small and very clean, big breakfast. All bellagio facilities only a few steps away.

  The staff were extremely helpful and the position was very convenient for bellagio's ferries, the hotel management was very attentive, service in general was good. Shower and air con in room were great too.
