Great location, hotel central to everything and the staff were ultra friendly.
The location couldent have been better for this price, the Hotel is clean.
The location was perfect, overall the hotel was charming and staff was friendly courteous.
The location is great and the best view from any hotel I have ever stayed in.
In fact, everything is very near, including transport links.
The room was spacious enough for an extra bed.
The rooms are a bit small and if you are requesting a big bed, don't expect anything other than a full size bed (not a queen, king).
We had a seaview room in this very traditional hotel, with small balcony (not the biggest of rooms) and although we would have liked a bit more space, the room was well furnished and with a good bathroom.
The rooms are large by european standards and the bathroom had a big bathtub.
The rooms are all air conditioned with safes in the room, hairdyers, as well as a flat screen tv.
You can honestly walk anywhere from the hotel - to the beach, shops, restaurants, train station, etc.
Au Bureau is a bar there and they have amazing food even though it looks like a bar.
Room was large and the only hot food available for breakfast were chicken wings.
A good breakfast is served in a pleasant and sunny room with the option of eating on the terrace if the weather permits.

Advice: if you like modern hotels with the sort of efficient service (and non-nosey staff) you get then try the Gray D'Albion (which would have actually been cheaper), or pay extra for the Intercontinental.
Beautiful view, we liked the quirky decor of the hotel and the front desk was great.
Well worth spending your money on, very friendly staff and met the owner was extremely nice.

Staff are helpful and friendly, the balcony is big enough for sunbathing.
Parking is in public car parks and expensive; should be able to stop and unload baggage at the hotel door but space is limited and rarely free.
If you go lower you get no views becuae the trees in the garden block any view.
Every day there is service to the room or you can opt to have them clean the place if you sleep in later.
Moreover helpful staff - Recommended, the room was well furnished and breakfast was fresh.
