The hotel is in a quiet location but close to everything, never heard any traffic or late night revelllers as not that close to bars but all within a five minute walk to supermarket, bars, restaurants, Austrian skittles etc.
Great location, fantastic hotel and the staff were all brilliant.
The spa area was a nice touch too and the hotels' location in Kaprun was excellent.
Great hotel, excellent location and superb food.
5 minutes work to Kaprun slope and from there can catch a bus to glacier - only 10/15 minutes bus away.
On the plus side, we did have a mini bar and a computer with free internet access and e-mail, the bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean.

Rooms are big ( we booked a superior room ), equipped with internet access.
The food was excellent with a huge range and variety for even the fussiest of eaters, hot and cold buffet breakfasts, five course evening meals and a free apres ski snacks for when you return from the slopes great!
The bar was really nice and comfy, food was superb, the menu included a large variety of choices.
The breakfasts were found to be the best meal and outdoor swimming pool was 'refreshing.
Food was delicious and certainly plenty to choose from, restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful!
Food is excellent, evening meal consisted of 5 courses each night and a hearty buffet breakfast with hot selections.

Local knowledge from the family run hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
The hotel also has a spa and outdoor pool (all free to use) and you have a wonderful uninterrupted view of the Kitzsteinhorn even from the pool!
Outdoor heated pool very pleasant and downstairs 2 saunas, jacuzzi, infrared cabin - great after a hard days boarding!
