I had an amazing time at Solon in Tolo. The hotel has a great location right on the beach and is easy to find. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel like family during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts by the sea, feeling the refreshing morning breeze. The beach itself was shallow and sandy, perfect for families. it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it.

Not obvious to find

I recently stayed at Hotel Solon in Tolo and found it to be a convenient option for a transit stay during my travels. The hotel’s location of being only 150 km away from Kalamata Captain Vassilis Constantakopoulos was incredibly convenient. It made my journey smooth and hassle-free, allowing me to quickly continue with my travel plans.

One minor drawback during my stay at Hotel Solon was the breakfast. While the spread was decent, I found the lack of variety and selection to be a bit disappointing.

I always come back to this hotel because it has everything I need for a perfect stay: Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant. Plus, the staff once helped me find my lost bracelet! Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

While my overall experience at Hotel Solon was fantastic, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. the breakfast offered at the hotel lacked variety and the selection of food and drinks was not perfect.

Hotel Solon is an ideal location for those looking for a romantic place to unite their lives or perform the baptism of their child. The Tolo beach stretches ending in the small picturesque village port where the fishing boats and various excursion boats can be seen tied. The sea is mainly sandy with a few points of pebble, making it ideal for children with warm and clear water. , there are various other events in the region such as jet ski races every August and sand-sculpture building in July.

My children wanted more activities for families with children.

The value for money at Solon was exceptional and the room was fantastic. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect with breathtaking sea views from our balcony. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing.

Menu for breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

The Highlight of our Stay: We had the most delicious traditional Greek cuisine at the hotel's restaurant. The dishes were bursting with flavor and the fresh fish was simply divine. We enjoyed our meal on the verandas with a romantic view of the Argolic Gulf, making it an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant's 25-year tradition definitely showed in the amazing food quality.

Ambience Distraction: The balconies were not as quiet as we had hoped due to the endless music playing from the onsite restaurant. It was a bit distracting when trying to appreciate the beautiful view of the sea.

We had an amazing stay in Tolo! The rooms were big and clean, perfect for our family. The beach right under the hotel terrace was a huge bonus, especially with our two small boys. We spent hours playing in the crystal-clear water. The location of the hotel was also great, with markets, shops, and bars within easy reach. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel like family.

The only thing we would suggest improving is the breakfast. While it was typical for South Europe, we had hoped for more variety, especially with fresh fruit.

The flavors were so exquisite that they transported us to a different world, where every bite was a symphony of tastes and aromas. We savored every moment and left with a satisfied palate and cherished memories.

Balconies not quiet due to restaurant music

Spacious rooms, superb sea view, nice balcony, good WiFi, professional owners. Lovely location near Ancient Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Nafplio. Clean, comfortable, and well-priced.

Helpful and friendly reception staff. Elevator and ample parking available. Ideal for families with children, as the beach is shallow and sandy. Fairly priced restaurant with a good menu. Breakfast included in the price and satisfactory. Close to Nafplio and other attractions such as the Palamidi castle.
