Fast elevators, first of all the clean towel were dirty.
Good location, fantastic thirties design now the new improvements have added luxury to the mix.

The reception were helpful in procuring tickets to a lakers game at the staples centre, the hotel had beautiful, elegant rooms and our suite was well appointed and the sofa bed was comfortable for the kids.
