It was clean with great and courteous staff. The room was luxury and wonderful, had private bathroom. The bed was extremely comfy and worked perfectly. I appreciated the time in this property.

The hotel was placed 25 km away from the airport. Our room was huge and fantastic with well maintained facilities as well as a tub.

My stay here was fabulous! I enjoyed this pretty place, stayed there for 2 nights. The staff were courteous, had a great attitude.

The room was tidy and huge with an uninspiring view of the car park, yet it had uninspiring views. The setting of hotel was marvellous and easy, to Seville center.

I had sparse breakfast, it could be way much better.

The room at this place was spacious and equipped with a shower and internet, for example.

This place has a stylish restaurant with a great, comfortable location near all the places we wanted to go, set in a lovely area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in a small village. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and good conditioning. The hotel had a pool and other amenities, which we enjoyed. The receptionist, Paulo, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The AC worked well and the swimming pool area was beautiful with lovely plants. The bus service to the city was reliable and air-conditioned. Parking was free and plentiful. We also appreciated that the hotel had a restaurant on-site, perfect for vegetarians and vegans like us.

Felt like VIPs, no complaints at all.

Pablo the receptionist told us how we could go to Seville without taking the car to go on the metro and it was a great success! The hotel in general everything was correct both in the cleaning, decoration and cleaning everything ok!

Chinese, little education that they have, buses arrive every day x nights and they start between them to show the rooms and to speak too high is the hour that is, at 6 in the morning they are giving some unbearable shouts, doors and you say it in reception and they say that they cannot do anything that already have said it many times and they do not pay attention, my opinion should put 1 corridor for the people with foreign education (English etc. not Chinese) and Spanish and rest for the Chinese because they have no education and it's a shame because you go on vacation and at 6 am you have your eyes open for these people... it's a bit of a shame... the buffet can't be said to be very good either, toaster is not worth anything, they hardly have any variety and if you go down late you are left with the leftover faith which the Chinese have not wanted. We had half board and only put 2 first and 2 second but my partner did not like anything of 1 and were not able to even ask if he wanted something else and 2.. some meatballs of boat at least had that flavor, next day I was even afraid to go to dinner I called and they told me that it was only us who choose what we want but I preferred to eat well and we stayed in Seville to dinner and last dinner idem because you go with fear and it is a pity because I lost the dinners and paid, I said that if they could return the dinners and they said no, not a single detail have had after paying and not use them. truth is that the hotel is great but.., I will not return I do not like anything just the room.

It is a pity that having a nice and efficient cafeteria, it is closed in the mornings to serve coffee and toast, especially considering that there are no bars around. Although it is far from the centre of Seville, it is very easy to get to the hotel.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. The shower screen doesn't reach down, so the water that runs down the screen comes out and wets the bathroom floor. Few sockets in the room. . In the requests I had asked for an extra pillow, but it had to be claimed. One of the lamps on the bedside table was not lit, and when they told us that they were writing it down to fix it the next day (that we were no longer going to be there) . Previously we had been in this hotel and we had liked it very much, it is the first time that we have a regular experience.

Clean, bright and spacious rooms. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and the rooms were well-maintained. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the ample space to relax in our room.

This hotel met the needs of those wishing to see Seville. However it was rather impersonnel.

hotel is located a few kilometres from the centre of Seville and has a regular bus service throughout the day and for less than 2 euros leaves you in the city so you do not need to take the car at all. It is a charming hotel located in a quiet place, only problem we found is that apparently they must have some agreement with Asian tourists and every day huge buses full of tourists arrived and spent the night there and then left early so at 6 am the first day we arrived they started making noise in the corridors, shouting and slamming the doors so we had to say it in reception and truth is that the next two nights they did not bother anymore. this is something that the hotel should take into account and warn the tourists not to make noise in the morning. Otherwise everything is fine.
