        The location is very good 5 minutes & you are on the seafront and clean comfortable hotel situated only 5 min walk to beach. The staff are friendly and efficient.

        The location was perfect for us as we have friends live in the area, hotel staff were always friendly and the girls on reception were fantastic. The room was clean, food was good choice.

        Excellent location for buses etc and not suitable for disabled or elderly due to small hill. Good value hotel, helpful staff and the room always well cleaned. Drinks very cheap.

        Location was fab to just a short stroll down the hill to the beach plus a short walk to all the bars and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Service was good, the food for a three star was well above the average.
