        Wonderful position for beach and good quality. Excellent and attentive staff, my bedroom was very comfortable, there was always a reasonable selection of food at breakfast.

        This should have been explained before payment was made, the Gala Dinner was not a typical English Xmas dinner.

        Lounge areas are very spacious, the food is always very good have stay at the hotel 5 times and the Staff are helpfull and friendly. The room over all is clean and tidy.

        For us is situated ideal for the waterfront and all areas of the hotel are bright. The positive aspects: the staff is super friendly and the bedrooms are spacious. Food are superb.

        The location is very convenient for beach, the Hotel Diplomatic is a well run hotel and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The bathrooms need to be updated as they now look tired, the food is average to good.

        Hotel very clean and friendly staff. Also the rooms were warm bot not too hot was brilliant, the bar was very welcoming and the food was fantastic I will go back there again.

        Area information was very poor for people like ourselves dont drive, parking - they had an underground park this was difficult to move in.
