The room is neat with a comfortable decor. It has outstandingly accommodating, friendly staff. The hotel has a central location at a prime business area in Kuantan. They serve great food, have a wide range of options to choose from.

Thank you for a fine stay. This place deserves more than 3 stars, it has brand-new rooms and serves above average and savoury breakfast. The location is strategic as it's really close to especially Kuantan 188 tower & Kula Cake-walking distance, and coffee shops like kopi.

This hotel was value for money when compared to other options. The restaurant here was nice with nice view towards the Kuantan river & Kuantan 188 Tower, we both ordered tasty dishes. Good location, the public parking was available.

Facilities were awesome, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Strategic and best possible setting and cafés and restaurants near the hotel. Safe area. Nice room, spacious bathroom. A stunning view of the river.

The rooms were carpeted and large here with 2 breakfast and computer for se office work, as example. The hotel was set in a central area near the most delicious mango cheesecake cafe-Kula Cakes and attraction points and river front, river cruisr, food court n a lot of seafood restaurant. The service was good, they solved problem at my request.

Large, soundproof room with coffee and it's own balcony. Strategic location, 21 minutes drive from the airport.

Ideal and fairly clean place, courteous staff in service and good location. Big rooms with an excellent view near to town. Clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. Location near tourist sites and lots of food a d souvenirs shops, the attraction and the Kuantan river where there are many local and hip cafes. Also, close to the beautiful riverside.

The family room overlooked the city. There were a balcony, a coffee table, and a kettle, which was great.

Regarding price, think it's value for money for Kuantan. Overall very nice place all in all, has respectful staff in service and good location. Excellent location close to many cafes, sightseeing and the main centre, it's central.

Everything was really good, so were superb views near to town. The location was strategic - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

The rooms are carpeted and huge here with very good facility as well as drinking water. The location is marvellous and easy, not too far away from Heroes Museum.

Views are not very good.

All the staff was exceptionally nice. When I asked problem was solved. Booked family room with it's own balcony, a coffee table, and a kettle. Had a great meal in the restaurant.
