More than perfect location and very well situated - close to railroad station.

Located directly across from the main train station, this is a location that cannot be beat.

Great location for tired travellers (just 2 minutes walk from the station) and right smack in the middle of the shopping district, restaurants, close to the old town and other attractions.

Located directly opposite the train station (with direct access to the airport), and at the foot of Bahnhofstrasse with fantastic tram connections as well.

An entrance to the underground shopping arcade which connects to the station is just footsteps away, so even in the foulest weather you need not worry about catching a taxi or tram to get to the hotel.

The single room was perfect: with a motorized bed and LCD tv.

The comfy beds are motorized so that you can comfortably sit up in bed.

Plasma TV (big), coffee in room (yea), spotless marble bathroom, towel heater, flowers.

The hotel is lovely, high level of services and single bed a bit small you are tall.

The breakfast buffett was wonderful - lots of choices and after 10 breakfasts - we never felt like we were eating the same thing over and over.

The morning breakfast buffet was provided in the same, beautiful rooms as the hotel's upscale restaurant.

However, we had to leave at 6am, the time when breakfast (in-room or in the restaurant) starts.

We ate at the restaurant both nights of our stay and while it was expensive, it was classy and the food was of a good standard.

There is a charming lounge/bar ara for pastries, light lunch, drinks, tea.

The staff and concierge are excellent -- very helpful with restaurant reservations, directions, etc.

I only needed one fruit basket for my stay, but housekeeping appeared every day with a new one.

They indicated that a table with OJ, coffee, and croissants would be available in the lobby before six.

The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable.

The breakfast is very good and the room as expected was very clean.

I went shopping - the famous banhofstrasse is right outside the door and upon my return a lovely fresh fruit basket was in my room.

We liked the HDTV, the fresh fruit and tea service in the room, and all the amenities you could think of.
