Delightful and clean hotel

Bright, inviting room with a private bathroom. Pleasant staff. Amazing and tasty breakfast. Good location next to suburbs and shops. Outstanding food

They gave us impeccably clean and huge triple room with a nice balcony. Central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television were provided. The location was fantastic - right by bus stop into Freiburg, quiet, green, outskirts and the correct bus and tram into Freiburg.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for a family vacation. Huge and spotless rooms. The views of the mountains and the trees were special. Lots of facilities including central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.

A Pleasant Stay in Freiburg

This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me during my recent visit to Freiburg. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for my family. The basic amenities were well-maintained, making our stay hassle-free. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was truly delightful, offering a comprehensive selection of items to satisfy every taste.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

The hotel was clean, everything was great. The staff were courteous and nice in the whole venue. The location of the hotel was favourable and incredible - just a short stroll away from Baum der Erkenntnis. The property was an interesting place for enjoying a really quiet area. We enjoyed staying in this hotel, it was comfortable and upgraded.

We were pleasantly surprised, top room, top dinner, top staff, very friendly, you feel comfortable as a guest.. Breakfast, everything you like so much. Very good location, enough parking spaces and quiet. Good value for money, whether dinner or overnight stay, we would like to come back :)

During our stay at the hotel, we had a great experience with the location just outside of Freiburg. It was convenient to have easy access to public transport, which made it simple to travel to downtown Freiburg. The hotel staff, especially the ladies working at breakfast, were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast itself was a wonderful treat, with a nice spread of meats, cheeses, and delicious baked goods. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic outdoor terrace, although the weather didn't allow us to utilize it much. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and enjoyable breakfast experience.

Refrigerator in the room. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast has left much to be desired. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Refrigerator was empty, no drinks available. Restaurant was closed due to renovation, but you didn't see anything that was renovated. Info about that would have been good beforehand.

We were there for 3 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its incredibly comfortable location not far from many parks, a residential area, and supermarket and many parks. The breakfast was savoury and amazing, they served good meals...

Easy access to nearby attractions. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Helpful staff. Large bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located for those who wish to explore the city as it is not far from the city center and can be reached in just 20 minutes by public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good lighting and comfortable beds. the staff is very nice and always willing to help. Breakfast is excellent, with a good variety of food to choose from.

The bathroom could be updated as it can be difficult for older people to get in and out of the large tub with a glass door.
