The hotel offered great views of the lake and had a fantastic swimming pool, which was warm and refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
The restaurant service was a bit slow and overpriced, and there were limited options nearby for dining outside of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but a bit dated in terms of decor. a decent stay for a city trip.

This venue provided us with a luxurious and exclusive experience. The Spa and wellness centre was exceptional and offered a range of treatments. We enjoyed the full body massage and the beauty treatment. The outdoor swimming pool offered stunning views of the lake and there were plenty of sun loungers available in the garden area. In-room breakfast was delivered on time and to a high standard. The location was perfect for a relaxing retreat.
The manicure was not up to the standard we were expecting and there was no steam room available in the Spa and wellness centre. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall 5-star experience.

I had an amazing time at this hotel with its stunning location right on the lake and very clean hotel facilities. The parking and transportation options were great, making my stay very convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth trying!

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the Austrian lake district - a beautiful location with a modern mall nearby. We were impressed with the lovely room design, comfortable bedding, helpful service, and delicious breakfasts. The lake view was breathtaking and the spa had everything we needed for relaxation.
The only negative aspect was the limited live music performances at the hotel bar, leaving us wanting more nighttime entertainment options.

Great view and friendly staff. The facilities were well kept and the food was amazing. The hotel had an amazing lake view and the location was very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The spa was also an amazing touch.
The rooms were outdated and there was no soundproofing. The rooms were not worth the price, despite the amazing view.
