  The location was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The buffet breakfast was an above average continental style and the staff were all very nice. Rooms were nicely furnished.

  The location is absolutely perfect and the hotel is located on a very charming square. The building itself is historic and staff are helpful. Inside the rooms are extreamly clean, breakfast had some of the best croissants I have ever had.

  Great location and lovely hotel. The room was furnished in a traditional style and the staff were pleasant. Ensuite bathroom was very nice, breakfasts were good.

  Its water front entrance is 1 of a kind and has an ideal location for all of Venice, the hotel is in a perfect position for seeing the city. The staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are comfortable.

  Brilliant location, in a pretty piazza just a few minutes to San Marco and good value. The staff very friendly and excellent receptionist. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was fine.

  The location in my opinion is one of the best and all in all a great little place, topped of by the fact Venice is wonderful. Not going radiator and air conditioning is not heated room.

  The location is perfect just 10 mins from st, overall good value for money we would definitely use again and the windows overlooked the square and one could watch the day events.
