The location is excellent, park vehicles this would be a two star at best and very nice place to stay for a weekend in the Windy City. Subway is just another 30 feet past house of blues, staff is great and room is ample. Pillows are magnificent, the food is unbelievably good and the amenities are wonderful.

Very good location, other hotels and a popular bar restaurant near the house of blues. Events at a reasonable price, the interior design was beautiful and the front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bathroom was ample too and the concierge was incredibly helpful.

Excellent location, great value and the lobby was gorgeous and offered free coffee in the morning. Staff were very helpful, bathroom were spacious and the food at Bin 36 was very good.

Excellently appointed comfortable room, nice music bar and we also liked the pizza at Giordano's.

High prices, the hotel itself feels luxurious and old world, the service was less than attentive. The curtain was broken.
