We had a delightful stay at a cozy hotel just off the motorway. The owner and her sons were welcoming and charming, making us feel right at home. The rooms, although a bit austere, were comfortable and clean. We were treated to a delicious breakfast of fresh croissant, jam, and good coffee. The owner even offered us a glass of wine before dinner, truly going above and beyond. Definitely worth a visit!

The underground parking was secure and facilitated access to the hotel. The hotel was a good base for exploring the area: we visited Girona, Besalu, Banyoles, Empuries, Castello d'Empuries, Cadaques. There was a coach stop opposite hotel. The coach, which left at 0800, went to the centre of Barcelona. The proprietor offered us a mini-fridge in our room, which was very helpful because of the hot weather.

This hidden gem is located conveniently parallel to the A7/E15, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The spacious and clean rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the staff are polite and accommodating. The bathroom is large and the shower is perfect for unwinding. The continental breakfast is basic but plentiful, and there is a swimming pool for relaxation. Its off-the-beaten-track location provides a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

During my New Year's stay, I really appreciated the spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The location was perfect for easy access to the highway and had a nice little playground. The free wifi access was great and efficient for my needs.

I was disappointed with the limited food options in the restaurant and the noise from the road nearby affected my overall experience. The lack of flexibility for an earlier breakfast time was inconvenient for me as well.

The hairdryer provided in the bathroom didn't work and the shower temperature was inconsistent, ranging from scalding hot to uncomfortably cold. the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, making it difficult to find dinner nearby.

Great value for money, the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient, especially for those interested in the Mas Pages golf course. The staff at Sausa were super friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bikes in the room before check-in, providing a wonderful breakfast, and even granting us a late checkout when we got lost on our bikes.
