I had a nice time at this hotel and would stay again and again. The venue was quiet, I appreciated it, especially garden view. My room was well-equipped and immaculately clean with a private bathroom. The location was good and handy, just 5 minutes walk from a historic garden. There were a mall and a large shopping mall around the hotel. Lovely restaurant served North American specialties.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel in Ponta Delgada. The room was spacious and clean, with a good shower and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to help us secure a whale watching trip, even when the weather seemed unpromising. The breakfast had a good variety, especially the fresh fruit. The location was convenient, with many nearby restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance. The hotel also had great facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgable about the island and eager to assist in our travel plans. They were proud of the island and their culture and it shined in their attitudes. Withe their assistance, we were able to see everything we had planned and learned of places we didn't know about. Recommend this hotel!!!

We paid for dinner with our package but on the 2nd night, when we went to the dining room it was full of people there for what seemed to be a childrens party. We were unable to get a table at the buffet and wouldn't have been able to relax and enjoy the dinner with all of the noise if we had tried. We spent 40 euro for a dinner we didn't get to eat.

Nice location, though a bit further away from the city center, the nearby park is just wonderful; comfortable room with a balcony(in the front), nice and clean bathroom, with hot-hot water :) extremely helpful reception staff, who are ready organize whatever you request, have only positive memories

The Portugese, thus the Azorean cuisine is not really vegetarian friendly :(

The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony. Staff promptly set up an extra bed. Furnishings were a bit worn but functional. Welcome gift of water bottles and cakes was a nice touch. Walking distance to restaurants and main strip. Great price.

The breakfast was outstanding and excellent and complete with local products, wine and also soda. The location was unbeatable, within a close distance from an urban botanical garden.

Thanksgiving weekend at this hotel was filled with complementary drinks and snacks, a lovely outdoor pool, and a convenient location near popular attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly both nights. Plus, the view from our window was breathtaking.

Staff was unresponsive to our needs, and we constantly had to ask for basic amenities. The room itself was outdated and not well-maintained, with visible signs of wear and tear.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor pool which was perfect for swimming laps. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a diverse selection that changed daily. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal for exploring Ponta Delgada downtown, as it was close to the botanical garden and offered easy access to the airport and main roads for exploring other parts of the island.

All good, no negatives to mention.
