This hotel offers great value for the price and makes you feel taken care of – what more can you ask for?
Good value for money at $126 USD per night, booked through the hotel website.
Finally, all this for a very competitive price, considerably lower than the US chain hotels (Sheraton, Hilton, etc.
It has the feel of a "boutique" hotel without the boutique price.
The location is excellent and solid business hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant commerical district of Santiago.

I travelled with a large group and the other half of us missed the flight (thanks to the taxi-ing at the airport connections).

The not so good-we are a family traveling with 2 small children so we stayed next door and got a 2 bedroom apartment, with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, for a reasonable rate.
The room although not large was very well furbished and the bathroom excellent.
We were met with gracious service, clean rooms with complimentary wine, somewhat old fashioned but adequate bathrooms and an exceptionally convenient location.

Breakfast was varied, the staff were a bit hit and miss in the restaurant, but very friendly on reception.
I ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and had an excellent and reasonably priced meal complete with an outstanding Chilean Merlot recommended by my waiter.
Very central & we felt safe in the area, they made you feel welcome - service was great and the staff were very nice.
