• The room was total luxury with great linens and we loved watching Fox International TV. The staff was wonderful and Jesus, the manager, was able to give us great suggestions for restuarants and sightseeing. It was a bit odd to not have an exterior window, but everything else was perfect.

• Moderno y con estilo en medio de la ciudad

  Estuve en una boda en Zacatecas y tengo familiares que viven allí. El hotel había abierto apenas unas semanas atrás y es la única razón de que no le de una crítica “excelente” (todavía hay problemillas en los que trabajar). Zacatecas es una ciudad muy vieja con una arquitectura que le hace juego. Soy arquitecto así que conozco la línea tan delgada en la que hay que caminar cuando se diseña un hotel contemporáneo en un ambiente así. La fachada no era demasiado prominente pero tenía una presencia en la calle. El interior está muy bien hecho, con buenos terminados (vidrio, piedra, madera, acero inoxidable, suelos de mármol, etc. – verdaderamente un hotel modernista). En cuanto al servicio, absolutamente fantástico. Los miembros del personal eran muy agradables y serviciales. Las habitaciones son amplias con camas king con colchas de pluma. Los dueños no fueron nada tacaños en los enseres fijos del baño y en los acabados (grandes duchas). El hotel es definitivamente uno al cual regresaría la próxima vez que visite la ciudad.

  The hotel had opened only a few weeks before which is the only reason I wouldn't give it an 'excellent' review (still working out the bugs). The rooms are spacious with king-size beds with 'downe'(sp? The owners did not cheap out on the bathroom fixtures and finishes (large walk-in showers).
