the central location was perfect for exploring the city, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. the colonial-style house and beautiful terrace added to the charm of the stay.

Construction noise was a disturbance.

Though it had airconditioner, tv, and hot water as requested, the room given was a cave because it had no windows. When I asked for a change I was told that it wasnt possible because other rooms were not ready, not a positive answer to a customer. Too expensive for what we received.

I have tried but can think of nothing we liked about our stay. In fact, after staying one night, moved elsewhere even thought 2nd night paid for.

I didnt like the mosquitoes in the room, even though no windows. Didnt like the shabby room with dirty cupboards. Didnt enjoy the lack of privacy. The worst bit, however, was the cost. What a rip off. Felt very cheated. Found much much nicer hotels in a better area at a fraction of the cost. Very very disapointed. Think twice about booking in.

Great value for money, with clean and cozy rooms and a lovely rooftop breakfast on offer. The location couldn't be better, with all the hotspots and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff, though Spanish-speaking only, were helpful and made sure I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

Good location in old town. Catherine at reception was very nice. Felt secure. A/C good, TV good, nice to have hot water in shower.

Low water pressure, weak wifi connection, some mosquitos, no table or chairs in room, no community kitchen, no ice or refrigerator, room at lobby with no windows, peeling paint. Bare bones, lacked character. Found nicer room 10 min. away in Getsemani for almost half the price.

I had a great stay at a well-located hotel in Cartagena. The air conditioning in my room was excellent, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The shower was also refreshing after a day of exploring. I especially enjoyed the delicious toasts served at breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions within walking distance. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.

Although it is a small hotel, it was surprisingly clean. Staff was always kind and helpful.

The breakfast on the roof top is big and the staff is friendly.

Laundry service is supposed to be 10,000 COP per kilo, and somehow they charged us 70,000 COP for 3.5 kilos.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the air conditioning worked really well. , the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of the city.

The rooms were not as advertised and were quite dingy. The housekeeping service was also lacking, as our room was never cleaned during our stay.

Great value for the money, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning, and fantastic central location. The staff was helpful and arranged enjoyable tours for us. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice touch.

Hotel Santa Cruz was a great find for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us easy access to explore all the attractions. The hotel may be simple, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free internet access was a huge plus for us, especially being foreigners in Colombia. Although there were a few minor issues with the room, such as the small size and a funky smell from the air conditioner, we didn't let it affect our overall experience. The breakfast provided a good start to our day and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and value for money.
