The location of the hotel is superb, surrounded by restaurants, a lounge, and with easy access to the Capri ferry, cab to Napoli, and Mt Vesuvius. The room I stayed in was lovely with crisp linens, offering a great view of the garden.- The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and provided amazing service.- I had a fantastic trip and would definitely return for another stay at Hotel Santa Caterina.

The room is spacious and airy and essentials you need, including a mini bar, satellite television, and climate control, is right there. It has unique interior design and WONDERFUL view of the sea.

The staff here are top-notch, the sea views are breathtaking, the rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom, and our overall experience was superb, we will definitely return.

Hotel Santa Caterina is a romantic place with well-trained staff. The rooms are equipped with climate control, an individual safe, and an LCD TV. The comfortable bed makes for a good night's sleep. The breakfast is incredible with a wonderful view. The hotel also has a nice location.

It was a great and lovely hotel in a lovely area, just next door to the breathtaking overlook restaurant. The employees were absolutely brilliant and amazing and offered helpful services. The rooms were all gorgeous and terrific with balcony. All in all our stay was fantastic, nothing to complain about...

Perfectly clean hotel, thoughtful team members from the porters to the managers. Remote location, wonderful base for discovering Amalfi. Great trip in this incredibly beautiful area. Had suite with a bathroom and starchy linens, for instance.

Room upgrade was great! The twin room we got had a cool design that we loved. Being away from the hustle and bustle was a bonus 🌿.

We really enjoyed this place, it's conveniently located right next to Pontile Marina Coppola and it only took us 15 minutes to walk to Spiaggia Duoglio.

Impeccable service. courteous, professional and helpful staff; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is beautifully located with fabulous views and you can park in front!!

The service at Santa Caterina was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt like VIP. The staff anticipated my every need and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. One particular highlight was when I needed transportation to the ferry and they arranged it for me when my original plans fell through. They truly made me feel like family during my time there.

Although I didn't have the chance to use it, I heard that there was an extra charge for the sauna, which was a bit unusual to me. However, this small drawback did not detract from the wonderful experience I had at Santa Caterina.
