This hotel was excellent value for money.
The location was perfect and this hotel was excellent value for money.
The location was chosen for its proximity to the airport and based on some good reviews here.
We chose it because of the location and this was great for us to access the trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum and also just a short trip away from the ferry terminal to Capri.
Hotel's central location and english-speaking staff were very capable and helpful.
I called the hotel from the airport and heard that they had found it.
We highly recommend this hotel for it's placement near the station(from which all the main trains run, as well as the trains to Pompeii), it's cleanliness, it's proximity to the bus terminus.
Very comfortable room, with an excellent bath room, friendly and helpful service.
They put me in a twin room with a very nice bathroom.
It seems from the other couples that there hadn't been hot water for two days previously and the air-conditioning only worked in some rooms.

Rooms are soundproofed so you hear none of the street noise.

On our second stay as we looked for a place to eat, we felt very vulnerable.
Staff are young, friendly, efficient and could not have been more helpful.
Il service (sopratutto di Pasquale, Massimo (Vincenzo), Fofò, Umberto e Uganda) era perfetto.
The food was egg(fried rice)cellent and the service was wan tonderful.
I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel and the staff were disinterested although not totally unhelpful.
I t was 0700am and this guy did not speak much English and there did not seem to be any other staff on duty at that time.
I can only conclude that the staff are thieving and lying.
There were three other couples complaining - but the staff appeared to not understand.
