The location is perfect, as it is close to everything in downtown Pereira, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One of the hotel's greatest qualities was its diverse culinary options, offering special diet menus and fresh food. The room advantages were unparalleled: a breathtaking view, privacy and a range of entertainment options such as a TV room and private facilities.

There was only one minor issue, which was related to the service. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the response was slow, which is unacceptable for an upscale hotel.

During my stay at a hotel in Pereira, I had a great experience with the staff. One of the most memorable moments was when I needed assistance with a business transaction. They provided a staff member to guide me across the street and helped me find the right service. It was above and beyond what I expected, especially since I have never seen a hotel in the US offer that level of personal assistance to an average guest. Additionally, even when I missed the complimentary breakfast one day, the attendant still asked me what I wanted and made sure I had a delicious meal. These small gestures made me feel valued and taken care of during my stay.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as occasional noise from the conference space downstairs and an extended check-in and check-out process, these did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The room was very small and had an unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I loved the complementary VIP parking and the fact that the hotel provided a staff member to guide me to a nearby establishment for a business transaction. The location was unbeatable, with two amazing landmarks right outside the door.
