Breakfast was gorgeous, I loved almost everything.

The whole experience was REALLY LOVELY, nothing to complain about, recommend. Extremely convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Gimignano, everything was very good. The location was nice and perfect, not very far from Historic Centre of San Gimignano. And the area was nice enough, right by great restaurants, a local bus stop, and peaceful garden.

We have booked guest room with really good facilities. The room we had included central heating, a work desk, and a TV. The location was stunning and perfect, for example, Historic Centre of San Gimignano was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

Early check-in, parking onsite. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. A fairly nice area, convenient and perfect location close enough to the center of town as well as San Gimignano in 15 minutes...

Its location in San Gimignano was magnificent and lovely, adjacent to San Gimignano, local transport and the centre of San Gimignano. It also was in front of beautiful hills. My room was panoramic and neat and featured incredible view over the tuscany hills and San Gimignano. There was a renovated.

we had a panoramic twin room with view to the valley. the hotel was in a wonderful location really close to the centre of san gimignano. it also was on a hilltop outside of town.

The staff we met were not very friendly.

Spent my xmas holidays at a hotel in the hills of Tuscany. Loved the convenient location, just a short walk from the town centre, and the gorgeous views of the countryside from my room. The icing on the cake was the relaxing pool and the well-maintained garden where I spent my afternoons basking in the sun. In the evenings, I enjoyed a pre-dinner drink while admiring the sunset over the hills.

The bathroom was small with a weak shower and the sound of the nearby barking dog was a bit of a nuisance at night. However, the peaceful surroundings made up for the noise.

The hotel was adjacent to Certaldo train station. Location met what we needed. Dine at La Cappuccina, which is located within 600 feet from the venue. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

The matress is uncomjfortable and the sisters who run the place not very friendly

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Tuscany. The location was ideal, with easy access to the local bus or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk into town. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan hills. The pool and garden area were a picturesque spot to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were impeccable, and the added mosquito net at the window was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the nice breakfast, with a variety of tasty options each day. Despite a few minor inconveniences like poor Wi-Fi signal and temperamental air conditioning, my overall experience at this hotel was very enjoyable. I would recommend it to others seeking a relaxing vacation in San Gimignano.

Very nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, just a 20 min. walk from the center of San Gimignano. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. The view from the garden with swimmingpool is amazing. The only downside is that there is a very limited choice at the bar if you want to eat something during the day. But you can always find a supermarket nearby.

The hotel is about a mile outside San Gimignano, and it's easy to go into the town on foot or by bus. From the swimming pool you can look up to the towers of San Gimignano or over the Tuscan countryside--what could be better?

The pool and garden were absolutely stunning, like a paradise retreat. The location was perfect, allowing for peaceful walks in the countryside and easy access to the town. The recently refurbished bathrooms added a pleasant touch to the rooms. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. The bar had great wine and having a fridge in the room was convenient. The picnic option by the pool was a nice touch. The view from the room was breathtaking, like a painting of vineyards and hills. The pool had plenty of sunbeds in sun or shade, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. The breakfast was delicious, with the ladies making beautiful cappuccinos. The local bus stop right in front of the hotel was convenient for getting around. The 15-20 minute walk to the town was enjoyable, especially going downhill on the way back. a fantastic stay with great location, amenities, and service.

The Hotel is well situated - near enough to San Gimignano to walk to but in a fairly quiet and beautiful setting.

There was a pool which we would have used if there had not been a charge of €3 per towel - as we were not on a beach-type holiday and had restricted luggage due to our Ryanair flights we had not packed towels but thought a charge to use towels was a bit much.

Kind and helpful staff, nice and clean room with the best view on Tuscan landscape we've seen so far. Must be very nice to go here with a family when it's a bit warmer and you can use the pool.

It's not quite a walk away from San Gimignano, you'll want to use transportation.

The hotel's location was convenient for walking to the city center or catching the local bus. Plus, it offered a stunning view of the town's towers. The rooms were cozy and included comfortable beds with mosquito nets. the staff was kind and accommodating, allowing for early check-in and room upgrades.

The experience was dampened by an unwelcoming and unfriendly staff member who could ruin the overall hospitality vibe of the hotel.
