概述

The hotel was constructed in neo-classical style in 1870s, and opened in 1904 under the name of 'Hotel Molaro'. In a short while it became frequented by famous artists, writers and noble families. The elegant lounges furnished in the style of Louis XVI, provide a welcoming atmosphere that takes one back to the time when the queen of Sweden and the Kaiser and other friends of the doctor Axel Munthe frequently visited the hotel Dining: From the spacious restaurant, there are wonderful panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples. These large area can seat guests for all types of functions with typical regional food and Capri specialities. The large adjacent 'Faraglioni' room is reserved for excursion groups, this will be the best choice for lunch during your tour in Capri. The Coppola family who manage the hotel will be able to suggest a menu to satisfy different tastes. At the pool side there is a snack bar where you can enjoy typical local snacks and drinks. Every year at 'Ferragosto' (August the 14th) we offer our guests a Grand Gala around the swimming-pool with glittering lights, local music, dancing and buffet and drinks. Recreation: The Hotel San Michele has the largest and sunniest swimming-pool of the entire island. It is surrounded by trees, plants and lawns for sunbeds and chairs. A peaceful setting where you can relax from sunrise to sunset. On request swimming lessons and aquatic body exercises are available. Close to the swimming-pool there are tennis courts available at the 'Capri Sporting Club' at special prices for hotel guests. At the pool side there is a snack bar where you can enjoy typical local snacks and drinks. Every year at 'Ferragosto' (August the 14th) we offer our guests a Grand Gala around the swimming-pool with glittering lights, local music, dancing and buffet and drinks

        The view is amazing from the patio and capri is a beautiful island. The absolutely wonderful localization as well as the historical background of the place and the bathroom is very simple. Pool is 25m great for doing laps.

        Our room had a great view across the bay of Naples and the furnishings in the public areas of the Hotel were fantastic. Furthermore family - the terrace was out of bounds for the reception at 7pm - the ideal time for a sundowner and the suite was very nice. The mini bar was too warm and breakfast was good.

        Common areas were quite beautiful and this hotel was very nice. The staff were helpful without being particularly friendly, the room was good and the bar in the basement was very nicely presented. Breakfast was excellent.

        They referred me to various locations for replacement of essential clothing articles, good atmosphere and hot and cold buffet style. Moreover friendly and helpfull staff, clean rooms. Nice bar, big breakfast and waiters helpful.

        Our room had a great view across the bay of Naples, the service was condescending at best and the mini bar was too warm. Evening meals were adequate and the pool was really nice and large.

        This hotel was by far the most expensive we stayed in, the bathroom was non very clean.

        Terrific romm decor the best sevice immaginable, hot and cold buffet style, the front desk was extremely accommodating. Our room was spacious, the bar in the basement was very nicely presented and the meals were very good. The pool was really nice and large.
