从火车站带着行李到酒店只要15分钟.

位置良好,距离特米尼车站只有几分钟(公共汽车,地铁和机场巴士).

Proximity to central Rome and great location.

Transfer from Airport to Hotel - We decided to grab a Taxi to the hotel as the queue for the Bus was long.

Metro station just 2min, taxi is a good choice and the street is quiet enough.

我们要求一个高楼层的大房间,结果安排在顶层的角落房间(更大).

酒店本身很棒,房间、早餐以及洁净度更是完美.

这里很干净,早餐丰富,有电梯,房间大小还算合适.

房间的隔音效果不错,坐了13个小时的飞机后,这个对我们很重要.

由于在需要时有了他们的帮忙和指导,整个住宿期间我都没遇到什么麻烦事儿,不仅仅在酒店设施、环境方面得到了帮助,还有到罗马游玩,寻找我所需要的特殊之处等都得到了他们的帮忙.

早餐不错,选择广泛,有面包,肉类(冷热),鸡蛋,水果,甚至蛋糕.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast here far surpassed other breakfasts we have had.

Eating out - Do try the local restaurants around the block from the hotel, great food and 10% discount if you ask for a card from reception.

Breakfast - Was excellent, huge choice of food from fruit, toast, eggs and cakes, all served fresh from 7am till 11am.

The shower was lovely, breakfast offered a good variety of food there for a couple of days.

Hotel Reception was clean and we were met by the owner who spoke excellent English, all other staff also spoke excellent English and were always happy to help and answer questions.

4 Reception staff friendly and helpfull, big room.

Stuff was freindly and helpful, the staff were all very friendly.

The Map given out in the hotel Lobby is very good and easy to understand.

Thankfully the 'bellboy' operated the lift for my elderly mother (the inner door would not close automatically so they stopped most people using it unless supervised) and my son and I walked up the stairs.

They could not have been more helpful or politeand the lift was repaired quite quickly.

The whole hotel was clean and modern, the pizzeria staff were friendly and welcoming, loved the spa bath - was a surprise.
