The location is good and located very close to Napoli Central Station.
Very convenient location for the purpose of our trip and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station.
Good location, near to train station and the staff was very nice and helpful.
It's really near the stations so great for access to buses, trains and the airport and well sign posted from GAribaldi square.
Good value for your money and the bus station and well.
Breakfast was plentiful and widely avaialble and my room was really nicely decorated, with a great double bed and both BBC news and CNN.
Every time someone in a neighboring room flushed their toilet, we thought Vesuvius was erupting, and locals apparently like to party -- loudly -- just outside the hotel.
Good price of accomodation, the staff was amazing and the room we received was fine.
My partner and I had booked well in advance and pre-paid our room for six nights.
All I could say was that I expected a very good room upon our return.
Several fast food restaurants and safe choice surrounded by wonderful cheap eats.
The reception is fine and the staff were very helpful.
Moreover just great evrithing îs great staff food silence.
The staff are friendly and have some/enough command of english to help my limited but willing italian, which they clearly appreciated.
Location is not the best, train stations are great advantages of this hotel and the reception is fine.

When we returned, the young man at reception managed somehow to check us in without looking up from his computer once.
When we checked out, another young man at reception repeated the trick of not looking at the customer while speaking to him.
Staff was friendly and room was clean shower good and hot.
Staff was pretty helpful, the room was reasonably clean and quiet.
Also benefit is nice hotel, the staff is polite and rooms are generally clean.
