  Good location for old town, just minutes away from the train station and the hotel is very well located being only abou 10/15 mins walk to the Cathedral. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great.

  The location was quiet and the hotel was spotless and the staff. The beds were comfortable and desk manager was extremely nice offering us tea/coffee.

  The location was excellent and the hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was sufficient.

  The complimentary coffee shop was much appreciated, location of hotel was good, near to the old city centre and the staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and nice, the breakfast was adequate.

  Perfect location and within 10 minutes walk of the fascinating old town. The hotel central is away from most of the busstle and noise of central santiago.

  Good location you travel by train, as breakfast was included and the staff at the reception and the one we met on corridors was always extremely polite and helpful.
