Its location in Panajachel was incredible, just next door to the touristy downtown, a beautifully landscaped garden and the tourist hub of panajachel. Besides, it was 1 mile away from La Galeria.

The bed was not that comfortable, that's sad thing.

The hotel had a remote position so close to lake and kayak as well as the restaurant. Also, it was 1 mile from Church of st Francis.

Everything was amazing, extremely helpful stuff, marvellous views of the lake. The hotel was in a remote setting right on the lake. Besides, it was short walk to restaurant and the tourist hub of panajachel. I had a laptop-size safe, multi-channel television, and a writing table in the unique room.

The breakfast is excellent, and the location is marvellous next to the beach and retaurants and a nature reserve great for hiking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the location was perfect - away from the crowded touristy areas and nestled in a peaceful spot near the Nature Reserve. The view of the lake and the two volcanos was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my young daughter. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the unique feature of having the kitchen upstairs. The beautifully landscaped garden added a touch of serenity to the whole experience. And let's not forget about the breakfast - simple yet delicious, with three options that satisfied all our cravings.

No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

The view of sunsets was really nice! We loved that the hotel had an onsite restaurant, so there was no need to go somewhere else. The rooms open to a patio, which was a nice touch. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and their assistance made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily walk to the Chocomuseo Panajachel Museum, which was just 15 minutes away. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Hotel San Buenaventura De Atitlan.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Huge room, besides I had an exceptional view of the lake. The location was stunning, in the lake, in the green area. Apart from that, Casa Cakchiquel Arts Center was 5 minutes away by driving.

The breakfast was reasonably good and delicious with good choice of dishes to choose from.

The room was really comfy, good beds. Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Panajachel Park. The service was excellant, we felt welcome.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful, impressive, and romantic hotel. The resort felt like a perfect oasis, offering breathtaking views, a private beach, sauna, jacuzzi. The drinks were great tasting, making it even more enjoyable. It was the perfect vacation spot for both couples and families. I fell in love with this place and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
