The family-run spa five-star property is situated in the center of Zell am See and is close to the Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course and to the different Ski lifts.

          • Head northwest on Christian-Doppler-Platz. Turn right to stay on Christian-Doppler-Platz. Slight left to stay on Christian-Doppler-Platz. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Loiger Street. Turn left onto Innsbrucker Bundesstr./B1. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A1/E55/E60 ramp to A10/München/Graz/Villach. Merge onto A1/E55/E60. Slight right onto E55 (signs for A10/Italien/Slowenien/ Graz/Villach/Turkey/Greece). Continue onto A10. Take exit 47-Knoten Pongau/Bischofshofen to merge onto B311 toward Bischofshofen/Pongau. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Brucker Bundesstr. /B311. Turn right to stay on Brucker Bundesstr. Turn right onto Franz-Josef-Straße. Take the 1st right onto Auerspergstrasse. Take the 1st left to stay on Auerspergstreet. The hotel will be on the left.

            Beautiful spa & pool area and the trains were very convenient for getting about. This hotel was very comfortable, all staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were large and had a large balcony. The food was great.

            Good location friendly staff parking great breakfast and near the lake. Refreshments in the luxury atmosphere, service is super and the rooms overlooking the gardens are best. The food is fantastic and spa are spectacular.

            Great location and the best value. Very friendly and efficient staff, fresh bed, as good as the pretensions that the restaurant aspires to. Choice of two or three always delicious options and vegetarian items as well as a meat option. A beautiful spa facility.
