The food in the restaurant was very good, the waiter was doing his best to be attentive and the employees were super.
Great location and different decor Pleasant stay.
The price was reasonable for such a good location, one block from the plaza, the room was great and the hotel entrance lobby looks waonderful, the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable.

Very comfortable place to stay during my frequent visits to sf and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was fine the outside temperature was temperate anyway.
