  The location is great go out the door make a right and you are in the heart of the action, the hotel is a real gem i.e. the rooms are very nicely designed. The shower is very spacious, breakfast is included makes the start of the day simple and efficient.

  Light breakfast is perfect excellent coffee is served in the bar area, a great hotel for a quiet relaxing trip to the beach and the shower is big and nice.

  Bath area and shower are very nice and clean, the plus of the hotel is, is a perfect distance away from the Ocean Dr. The rooms are great.

  Its a nice location , five minutes from the beach and at the quiet end of washington avenue, great welcome from the staff and simple check in. The room is fine.

  The location was great close proximity to top restaurants was great and staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean.

  The hotel was very noisy, and the ice machine, of course was malfunctioning 2 out of the 3 days as well and complimentary breakfast was very good even was not a huge selection.
