The hotel offered a magical experience during my Christmas vacation. The festive decorations and atmosphere were delightful. The staff was warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was perfect, being close to the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The food at the hotel's restaurant was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The spa facilities were also excellent, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side, which made it slightly cramped for a longer stay.

The only minor drawback to note is the coffee/tea in the lobby area, which was not consistently replenished throughout the day. this hotel is an exceptional choice for those seeking luxury and relaxation.
